Robina City was successful with obtaining a Women’s Hub with Football Gold Coast. The Football Gold Coast process has resulted in over 17 clubs with Women’s teams being reduced to 10. The club had to go through an application process where all successful clubs must have a Women’s team in all 3 playing grades (Premier Women, First Division, Second Division).
Therefore in 2015 we will have 3 Women’s teams at the club including one team in Premier Women (the highest playing level for women in club soccer on the Gold Coast). This will be in addition to our ongoing commitment to the development of our girls teams. We welcome new players and coaches to the club. An information evening has been arranged for Wednesday 12 November, 630-8 at the club to discuss our plans for Women’s football in 2015.
